Add separate block summary for a scene break#166

Right now, you can put in a summary of a block as a whole, but you can’t create a nested summary for a scene break. When I use the H3 default to create a scene break, it would be nice to be able to add a summary for that part of the chapter/block.

Could you add a second block on that sub-chapter and add the summary there?
